Ingredients

1 Pound chestnut mushrooms

half cup fat of choice (extra virgin olive oil, butter, non dairy butter, drippings)

half cup flour

quart stock

1 Tablespoons Mushroom Queens Umami Sauce (more to taste)

salt pepper thyme to taste



Process

heat up fat

saute mushrooms until liquid evaporates 15-20 min

whisk in flour while heating. Stir stir stir

slowly add in the stock. Stir stir stir

keep stirring until fully incorporated.

season with Umami Sauce, salt, pepper, thyme.

Simmer until thickened.

Stir.
